In October I shall be heading down to Portsmouth to run the Great South Run. I know 10 miles is hardly a marathon but for a lanky bloke without a lot of stamina it might as well be!

I'm raising money for Macmillan which is a great cause so anything you could spare would be greatly appreciated.
