In 2022 I plan to complete four marathon swim events. 1) The Great North Swim - 6 miles distance 2) The length of Ullswater - 7.5 miles 3) The length of Windemere - 10.5 miles 4) Then finally culminating in October an attempt to swim across the English Channel - 21 miles, if I am lucky with the tides.

I will be raising money for Accessible Arts, a York based charity that my big sister, who lives with Williams Syndrome, has been a part of for many years.

Accessible Arts run inclusive creative learning programmes for disabled people, young people, people living with dementia and people with mental ill health. 

Their projects help over 800 people every year to learn new skills; gain the confidence to have more of a say in the things that matter to them; explore and connect with the world around them in a safe, supportive, fun environment; make new friends and socialise; play an active part in their local community; and feel happier and healthier.
