Story

I ran this race last year and once complete let my fitness lapse back to couch potato standard. Notts County FITC in conjunction with the EFL offered a fitness and wellbeing program called Fit Fans which aims to re-educate 35-65 years olds about fitness, nutrition and mental well being, and I'm currently on the program and LOVING IT. I am running this to raise money for FITC to give back a little.

UPDATE - Covid 19 and the coronavirus outbreak have put paid to my fundraising and race. The race has been postponed until 2021, but with my new found fitness and commitment, thanks to Chris and the fitc guys, I will be better prepared for that race.
