Trinity Hospice and Brian House Children's Hospice provide specialist palliative care to adults and children across the Fylde Coast and much needed support for their families. Our services are available free of charge, but with limited government funding we need to raise over £10 million every year.

Story

Hello and Thank You for taking the time to visit my JustGiving Page.

For those of you who may or may not know, my Mother-in-Law, Fiona Boyle, was a great fundraiser for both Trinity Hospice and Brian House.  Sadly she passed away in 2007 in Trinity, so between Lyndsay and myself, we like to continue her good work by raising money for both Hospices any way we can.

I am challenging myself to walk the entire length of the Lancaster Canal, over 40 miles in total, within a 24 hour period.  Starting at Ashton Basin, and concluding at Tewitfield Marina, this will cover various terrains and possibly even weather and climate changes!

Please dig deep and help me to get to my goal of £100 for Brian House Children's Hospice in Blackpool, Lancashire, and help both the staff and volunteers there continue the fantastic work they do for all the kiddies and families that come through their doors.

Thank you once again, and we will keep you posted on how I get on!!

Nick
