I will be taking part in the Jurassic Coast Ultra Challenge alongside my colleagues at Westcoast. The challenge is a 100km hike which starts in Corfe Castle, and finishes in Bridport. It takes place on 13th - 14th May, and is continuous through day and night! 

Mind holds a very close place in my heart having gone through my own struggles with mental health, and I really hope to raise some much needed funds to help others get the support they need.
