Hi everyone,

Thank you for taking a minute to read my story.

To all of you that know me you are probably thinking, a marathon ? really ?, this being due to the fact that I only started my running journey less than 2 years ago. In that time I have gone from park runs to 10 k’s to half marathons and now to my greatest challenge to date the 26.2 mile London Marathon 2019.

It may be asked why I am going to put myself through such a tough event that will undoubtedly leave me feeling broken for a while, the answer to that is I’m running for an amazing charity who have given me this fantastic opportunity, and I want to do all I can to support the  causes and the children and the people they represent and help within the community.

Every step that I take on this journey from training straight through to the big day will be dedicated to the WE ARE ALL MAKING A DIFFERENCE charitable trust.

WE ARE ALL MAKING A DIFFERENCE is a Birmingham based charity where every penny raised goes directly to the chosen cause, absolutely no administration costs are taken from the generous donations received.

All money raised goes towards regional projects, funding dreams for terminally ill children and so much more please take a look at the website as its hard to express how much good one charity can do.
