I am attempting to run the Great Manchester Marathon this year to raise much needed funds for The Hospice of the Good Shepard. 

The Hospice provides quality specialist palliative and end of life care for the people, relatives and carers of Chester and Deeside's community.

I have never attempted a full marathon before but it has been on my bucket list for years and working alongside the hospice has provided further motivation. It will be difficult but most definitely worth it for such a great cause.
