Story

2.5 Million steps and the Western Front Trek in 2021.

To enter the Western Front Trek we must guarantee we have confirmed donations of £3750.00If we are unable to raise the donations we are then obliged to Self Fund the charity walk. This is too expensive for In- pensioners to self-fund.

By doing the 2.5 million steps it is a way of getting the funds for us to enter the Western Front Trek. Donating to the 2.5 million steps also means you are donating to the Western Front Trek.

All monies will be sent direct by Just Giving to The Royal British Legion.

The task will be verified by Major FW Howell Officer Commanding 3 coy RHC.

We are taking on The Royal British Legions' Western Front Trek. This challenge will involve walking 40 miles over three days through the battle-sites of World War One around Passchendaele and the Somme in France. This will be a poignant experience for us, as well as a physical challenge. It will be both a memorable and meaningful way to raise funds to support our servicemen, women, veterans and their families .The Royal British Legion cares for the whole family of those affected by the impact of service life. They help to ensure the highest quality of care for those suffering physical and mental issues and help families that need time to reconnect. Your donation will mean The Legion can ensure the best quality rehabilitation and support for all. Thank You.
