The London to Paris Cycle is raising vital funds for Jersey Stroke Support in order for the charity to deliver post stroke reviews on Island.
Stroke is a medical emergency and the leading cause of adult disability in the UK. Jersey Stroke Support aim to offer person centred post-stroke reviews approximately 6 months post-stroke to assess clients needs, offer support and sign-post to other agencies and charities.
