I'm running the Royal Parks Half Marathon on 10 October for War Child. Fresh back from India and in need of a large amount of exercise to work off a curry related belly I have signed up for this event in aid of a great charity.  

A bit of blurb about War Child: War Child supports children and their families in conflict-affected areas across the world. Through child protection, access to education and psychosocial support, War Child helps children to recover from the devastating effects of conflict. They are currently helping children and families affected by the situation in Afghanistan.
