Just over a week ago a friend asked me if I would like to take part in the 3 Peaks Challenge...............

 I thought this would be an exciting opportunity not only to test my own fitness levels, but to raise some funds for the BHF, in memory of my father-in law Mick Payne, who was sadly taken from us 10 years ago this year.
