Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 2014 · 10 August 2014 ·

It’s unacceptable that more than half of people diagnosed with the deadliest common cancer die within three months. That’s why they need and deserve more. More research, more funding, more breakthroughs. More than hope. Together we’ll make that possible.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Earlier this year, my good friend Hanna Isseyegh lost her mum Anne to pancreatic cancer having been diagnosed only months earlier. I was struck by how suddenly our lives can be changed by illnesses like pancreatic cancer and felt that riding the Surrey-London 100 bike race would be a fitting tribute to Anne's memory.

Any donation would be gratefully received. On the 10th of August 2014, I will be proud to line up in the Olympic Park to ride through the streets of London and Surrey following the route of the 2012 Olympic road race wearing the purple of Pancreatic Cancer UK.

Thanks very much for your support,

Nick
