The event was brought to my attention by colleagues at work who are also running. I thought it was for a good cause in particular Daisy's Dream as they support children and their families who have been affected by the life threatening illness or bereavement of someone close to them. Unfortunately my Auntie Lorraine passed away unexpectedly from cancer recently and it really made me think about her grandchildren and the affect it had on them being so young. My daughter Olivia (who is 6 years old) offered to run with me when I told her about the charities and the children that she would be helping when they go through difficult time in their lives, bless her. 

We would be really grateful if you could support us in raising money for this fantastic event for two amazing charities Daisy's Dream & Number Five.
