I am rather foolishly participating in the launch of the Audley Foundation by running 7k at Blenheim Palace on Sunday 15th May alongside over 100 Audley colleagues and (a few days later) completing one leg of John Nettleton's TourD'Audley- a cycle around almost all of our Audley Villages. My rather feeble effort is only 45 miles out of 530. No swim I hear you say? I am sure I will manage 1000 metres at some point in the week.
