#TeamLC are raising money to help support all those who have been affected by a blood cancer diagnosis, by running 26.2 miles around London on Sunday 23rd April 2023.

Story

We are fast approaching that age where engaging in impulsive or reckless behaviour, seeking new experiences and/or re-evaluating life goals are often misconstrued as common signs of a mid-life crisis. Whilst we’re not at the stage of buying a sports car or motorbike just yet, we have decided to fulfil one of our drunken promises by participating in this year’s London marathon, all in support of the great cause that is Leukaemia Care.

Leukaemia Care is a UK based charity dedicated to supporting people affected by blood cancer, including leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma. Their mission is to provide practical, emotional and financial support to patients and their families during diagnosis, treatment and beyond. They offer a range of services including one-to-one support, a confidential helpline and financial grants to help with the costs associated with treatment.

By donating to Leukaemia Care, you can help them continue their vital work and make a positive impact on the lives of those affected by blood cancer.

Thank you all for your generosity and support and we'll hopefully see you out on the road in April.

Best,

Nick and Nils
