Those of you that know me know I'm nuts. I have done 3 ironman to raise money before but needed to justify asking again. I am therefore heading for the Alps to try and complete an Extreme Ironman distance Triathlon. So its 2.4miles of swim in Lac D' Annecy before 112 miles on the bike through the Bauges with 4500m of climbing on the bike then the small matter of a Marathon with a 1300m ascent in the last 17km to finish. all must be done within the 18hour time limit

Acorn Village is a centre for people who need support whereas I, and the majority of people can support themselves. Please help me to help Adults with Learning difficulties by giving on this page. 

I'll go through the pain and the Charity can gain. -
