During the past two and a half years my friend Chris, who I cycle with regularly, has been having cancer treatment from Velindre Centre in Cardiff. I'm really grateful for the care Chris and many others across south Wales receive from these services and that's why I'm taking part in Jiffy's Cancer 50 Challenge.

Rugby legend Jonathan 'Jiffy' Davies is leading this 50 mile bike ride to raise funds for specialist treatment and supportive care for cancer patients from across south Wales. All proceeds from the ride will be divided equally between Velindre Cancer Centre in Cardiff and the South West Wales Cancer Centre in Swansea.
