Story
I shall be taking part in the Brighton Marathon on Sunday 15th April 2012 in aid of the Tommy D Project at Woking Hospice.
A counselling group has been set up by Woking Hospice in memory of my son Tom Di Felice who was killed tragically in a road accident on 15/12/09, he was 17 years old. His parents, family and friends generously donated money to the Hospice and the Tommy D Project was launched.
The group has been set up to help young teenagers who have lost someone close to them through bereavement.
A DVD has been created which will soon be going out to local schools to publicise the work of the group and to assist teachers / parents on how to support and help teenagers through this very difficult time.
If you have been affected by the loss of someone close and would like to know more about the work of the Counselling group at Woking Hospice please see the Woking Hospice website http://www.wsbhospices.co.uk/patients-families/counselling/the-tommy-d-project/
