Story

I have set myself a home challenge by doing a live online workout for 8 full hours on the 13th of June 2020!

My ambition is to get as many people active as possible, in their own home as well as getting their family & loved ones to join in! This challenge will be on Saturday 13th June. It will see me performing a HiiT style workout all day between 9–5 whilst encouraging people, of all abilities, to join in for as little or for as long as they like!

The session will run on Facebook via my page "nickhampshirefitness" - so please hop on & please donate any small amount that you can afford!

This day is aimed at everyone, to encourage and motivate as many people as possible to get fit & healthy, whilst having some fun! During recent challenges across the world, it has never been so important to look after your health and to make a positive change to your lifestyle.

This charity is very close to my heart, after losing my Dad at the end of 2011 very soon after he was diagnosed with Brain Tumours. I miss him greatly & my aim since has been to raise as much awareness and funds for this terrible illness.

This form of cancer & Brain Tumour Research is extremely underfunded and needs all the support it can get for its research, to help find a cure & support those affected.

Thank you so much & I really hope you can join in on the day!

Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this disease. We are a leading voice calling for support and action for research into what is called the last battleground against cancer.
