Caring Cooks is a great charity, helping to educate and this challenge appealed to me, as I love what Caring Cooks do, inspiring children and families who may struggle to access good, healthy food.  They work tirelessly to promote healthy, affordable diet habits in children by informing and supporting their families.  

And why this challenge? Alcohol is such a major backdrop to all that we do socially, that it can seem an essential part of any ‘good night out’.  I’ve got two lovely teenage children and I’d like to show them (and myself!) that that’s not the case.  One month I know I can do… but six? Please think about sponsoring me to hold me to account! The money is for a really good GOOD cause!
