A Skydive has been on my "to do list" for years and whilst plummeting to earth with a stranger on your back may seem a bit odd I will be doing it on 14th June with Mark, James, Claire and Sue from work.

In December this year we lost a very good friend and colleague to Motor Neurone Disease which is a fatal neurological disease that affects up to 5,000 adults in the UK at any one time and kills five people every day, a third within two years of diagnosis.

MNDA's mission is to provide care and support for people with MND, their families and carers.

Our mission is to raise as much money as we can for MNDA.

If Tim was with us on the day I know he would be sitting in a chair with a pint of real ale in his hand shouting "Come on guys - go for it" so this jump is for you Tim.
