Hello there Ladies and Gentlemen,
May I draw your attention to the fact that I'm doing some running again for Cystic Fibrosis and in particualr for Alex,son of friends Tim and Christine. I think you'll agree that this is a very worthwhile charity who are making huge strides towards finding a cure for this disease. With this in mind I'd be most grateful for your sponsorship.
