So I've decided to take on the challange of the London Marathon 2013, I've never ran a marathon before and my lovely collegues have already told me that I'm mad for doing it but I'm already enjoying the challlange!

I'm running for ThePromise which is a charity that works to improve the lives of disabled children in Russia by focusing on education and training of families and carers and developing a more positive attitude to disability.
