Hi, and thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Nicola, Sam, Andrew and Liz are 4 advanced fitness instructors, the ladies from the midlands, UK, and Andrew who previously lived locally, now lives in Chicago, USA. 

Collectively the team have given up hours of their time during lockdown to offer FREE daily fitness classes, making exercise accessible for all during this uncertain period and they would now like to give back :)

They are offering to coach you through a day of your favourite classes, on the hour, every hour from 9am - 3pm, on Saturday 16th May, and are asking anyone who would like to take part, to donate as much as you like, for access to any or all of the classes on the timetable below. 

To take part, please;

1. Make a donation on this page leaving your name along with it. Please don’t forget to add your gift aid donation, this is free for you but will add more to our target 
2. Screenshot your donation/confirmation, and email it to nicofit.me@gmail.com at least 30 minutes before you’d like to participate
3. Download the free Zoom app on your phone, iPad or laptop
4. You will then be sent an invite to Zoom via the email address you sent your confirmation to. Please arrive 5 minutes early and wait for the session to start

We really hope you will join us, if only for one class, and help us give back to those who need it

• 10:00am Legs, Bums & Tums with Sam & Nicola 45 mins
• 11:00am Low impact Tabata & Abs with Sam & Nicola 30 mins
• 12:00pm Attack with Andrew & Sam 30 mins
• 1:00pm Dance with Liz 40 mins
• 2:00pm Yoga Flow with Andrew 30 mins

ALL proceeds will go straight to Women’s Aid, to support vulnerable women across the U.K. who have been locked down in potentially abusive and violent households.
