So my retirement from such forms of torture is officially over and didn’t even last a year 😂 since visiting Gambia there was no option but to dust off the trail shoes and get back to it! Excited to be taking part in Spartan Race Super which is 10 miles and 29 gruesome obstacles!  My good friend Kerry Craig is joining me and together we hope to raise some money for Pandi’s Legacy.

Now for the super proud bit! Our 4 kids are all taking part in the Spartan Junior event on the same day in a bid to help raise money for the charity. So please donate even a small amount to support them along the way!
