CU Futures is a 12 month programme combining an industry
standard qualification accredited by the London Institute of Banking and
Finance with personal development, on the job training, and networking at a series of high profile events – all giving meaningful development support to future credit union managers, directors and leaders.

CU Futures aims to attract and retain talent within the credit union
movement, and to educate and strengthen the sector by providing the necessary tools and resources to develop strong leadership.

As part of my participation in this program, we have been asked to raise
£500 each in order to sustain the program for future years to come.
