Sous Chef Andrew Leonard, from Lough Erne Resort, is in training ahead of the Belfast Marathon which takes place next month. He will undertake the 26-mile challenge to help raise much needed funds for Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice which cares for over 300 children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions.
