Our boys, Calum and Archie, did not have the greatest of starts to life.
From premature birth, operations, neonatal resuscitation, pyloric stenosis, suspected meningitis and infections they needed all the help they could get.
Thankfully the Special Care Baby Unit at Raigmore Hospital and the children's wards at both Raigmore and Royal Aberdeen children's hospital were amazing. It is safe to say without them we may not have our boys today.
To make sure that these units can help other family's in this position we have decided to take on a challenge of a life time by climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, which is the highest free standing mountain in the world to raise funds for such fantastic causes.
Please help us raise funds for SCBU (Special care baby unit) at Raigmore and the children's wards at Raigmore and Aberdeen hospitals through The Archie Foundation.
Thank you for your support and wish us luck.
