In honour of my darling nephew Matt Heiling, our family and friends are challenging ourselves to run 50 miles or walk 50 kilometres throughout April, to raise money for the Epilepsy Society.

This April would have been Matt's 27th birthday. He died in November 2019, aged 25, having suffered an epileptic seizure during his sleep.

Matthew was a true gentle giant, kind, generous, and had time for everybody. To him, family was everything, and he was everything to his family.

Of Matt it was said that "if Matthew wasn't smiling at you, he just hadn't seen you yet."
