Story
Rock UK outdoors adventure centres - including Carroty Wood - is 100 years old! My time at Rock UK centres had such an impact on my teenage years that I became a trustee six years ago, and care more about it now than I did then.
So I'm swimming a metre for every day that Rock UK has existed - that's a minimum of 1,461 lengths of a 25m pool, 36.5km in total.
Over 60,000 people visit our centres each year, where lives are transformed, children discover courage they never knew they had, young people have life-changing experiences, and adventures in the great outdoors create memories that last a lifetime.
