It is now almost 3 years since Michael passed away from sudden arrhythmic death syndrome. He was only 31 years old, fit and healthy with everything to live for. Father of 2 beautiful children and an amazing husband to myself. His death has shattered our lives and in order to keep his memory alive we are continuing our fund raising.

This year we are doing a swimathon where  Oliver, Matilda and i along with family and friends will be swimming to raise money and awareness for SADS UK. Michael was an amazing person and deserves to be remembered. The children and i are lost without him and miss him so much every day. 

We hope by raising funds and awareness that we can prevent this happening to others.
