I'm not a runner! Never have been, never particularly wanted to be - 2 things always held me back! But given some strong support, and I mean strong, I've opted to do the dash.  Perhaps it will be more of a gentle meander, but I wanted to show my support for the YCF in any way I could.    One of YCF's core goals is to make sport accessible and inclusive. I really believe that people should be encouraged to get involved with sport, irrespective of age, size or ability.
