We believe that no life should be half lived. 1 in 5 people in Scotland are struggling with a chest, heart or stroke condition. We won't live with that. Join us to support people to live life to the full. #NoLifeHalfLived

Story

So it's not a secret that I am terrified of doing this. I hate bridges and heights come in at a close second.. So for this one day I'll be putting my biggest fears behind me and throwing myself off the bridge.. Hopefully to be supported by the ropes :)). Some of you may be wondering why.. Apart from being a bit of an adrenaline junkie.. I'm doing this as we all know someone who has been sadly been taken from us or effected by one of these horrible defects. More specifically my great aunt Margaret and most recently a dear family friend of mines Russell Campbell's dad Iain.. so this is for them and for everyone you know. If they could turn back the clock I'm sure they would join me and hold my hand. So please support me and sponsor me, every penny counts for the Chest, Heart & Stroke Scotland and can make such a big difference for people still living with the difficulties after a stoke etc. So if you can.. Dig deep!! And wish me luck as I'm sure gonna need it!!! Xxx
