So, here we go again! Seen as my last attempt at the GNR was such an unmitigated success (apart from the loss of movement in my knees for 3 days following the event), I thought I'd give it another whorl before they give in entirely! :)

Am raising money for another children's charity called 'Smile for Life' who raise money for disabled and disadvantaged children around the country (and are based in the North East - so all you northerners, feel free to dig deep) ;). It's a great cause, and I would really appreciate any donations, no matter how small, to help me reach my target! I may even add some 'half-dead' post-race pictures to facebook for your amusement to say thank you for your generocity!
