After doing a final count i have raised £192 for trinity hospice. so thank you to all my wonderful friends and family for your support Xx

Before my Grandad spent his last weeks of life in a hospice I never fully understood the amount of time and care the nurses give to their patients and the patients family.

Therefore I am raising money for Trinity Hospice in Blackpool by doing a 10 mile walk through the illuminations at night on the 1st September.

The wonderful people at Trinity looked after my darling Grandad in the last few weeks of his life, whilst still giving him dignity and respect. Whilst looking after my Grandad they also provided us as a family with a place to stay with love and support. We couldnt have got through our difficult time without them. They also provide support to families once their loved ones have passed away through counselling and support groups. 

The hospice requires funding in order for them to do the brilliant work they do as the money they receive from the government is no where near enough.
