I'm taking on the Aspire Channel Swim 2021, swimming the distance of the English Channel over 12 weeks to raise money for Aspire. Every four hours someone is paralysed by Spinal Cord Injury . 

9 years ago our 21 year old fit, healthy , fun loving , eldest son Lewis  was paralysed in a freak work accident . A cure is out there it just needs money for research and trials . 

So between today and December over 12 weeks  I’m swimming the channel 🏊‍♀️🙏🙏🙏🏊‍♀️
