I was referred to Widowed & Young by Cruse bereavement counselling, WAY literally saved my sanity and life providing essential peer to peer support, a nationwide network of widows & widowers who understand, resources, advice & practical help. I want to give back and help those who may be newly widowed, grieving and alone.
