I'll be star jumping my way through November to raise funds for Brain Tumour Research!  

I've joined this challenge to complete 100 Squats or Star Jumps a day in November to help raise vital funds in the fight against this devastating disease. 

I'll share updates along the way! Squats are my nemesis so I'll make sure I do them some days .... 100 in one go will be a huge change!!!
