A brain injury can turn life upside down. We’re here to help people rebuild - with compassion, connection, and expert support. Through day centres, outreach, and support groups, we help individuals and families rediscover hope, independence, and a sense of belonging.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As many of you know, Craig was involved in a serious motorcycle accident in July and is now recovering in Norwich hospital from a severe brain injury. I am running the “Run the Beat”  Half Marathon in London on 26th September to raise money for Craig’s charity, Headway Norfolk and Waveney. This seems appropriate as Craig loves running.

Headway provide services designed to assist with some recovery and to aid and promote independence. In addition they can provide information, advice and support to families affected by a brain injury.

You can find out more about the charity below:

As this is a local charity, the money you donate will directly help Craig, Bex and family.
