PSPA Walk For Hope 2022
Campaign by The PSP Association (RCN England and Wales 1037087 / Scotland SC041199)
We're looking for motivated individuals and groups to Walk For Hope! On the weekend of 25th & 26th June, we challenge you to walk, jog, bike, stroll, get out on your mobility scooter, swim lengths, etc to raise awareness and funds for PSP & CBD.

Story

In May 2021 Dad (Paddy) was diagnosed with a rare neurological disease, Corticobasal degenerative disease (CBD).

This cruel and unforgiving disease has robbed our loving dad of what should have been an enjoyable retirement. The simple things in life such as walking his dog with his grandchildren and his regular spot in the Holte End watching The Mighty Villa has been taken away.

To raise awareness & funds for the PSPA charity, As a family we are completing a 6k walk (3 laps) of the arrow valley lake on Sunday 10th July, friends are welcome to join us. Arrowvally lake is a perfect location for our dad to join in the fun on four wheels.

All money raised for PSPA will help support services such as the Local (& Online) Information & Support groups, the Helpline, & provide Educational Materials for carers and medical professionals.

Thank you for taking the time to read our story every little bit helps.

Love & best wishes

Nicola, Sean, Richard, Joe, Ros, Paul (Paddy) Isabel, Phoebe, Taylor, Noa, Andy, Nami & Naomi 💜💙
