I will be trekking 13 miles around the South Devon Coast, to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society in memory of my mum Nora (aka Pat) and for my Auntie Joyce (aged 96), and also to support people devastated by dementia. My mum passed away in 2015 from pre-senile Vascular Dementia. This cruel disease stole my mum from me far too soon and I live with the heartache every day. My amazing 96 year old Auntie Joyce has just been diagnosed with vascular dementia and this horrible disease is slowly taking hold!
