Hello Everyone and a big thank you for visiting my fundraising page!

Some of you may remember that I ran the Great North Run back in 2014 (yes, I did let Mo win - he's so competitive), in memory of my wonderful Grandad, John William, who died from this terrible disease.

Well I have decided to run again, and wanted to do so not just in memory of my Grandad, but also in memory of another family member, Fiona Marshall-White. Fiona died last year from MND (ALS in Canada), and I'll be thinking of her and Grandad as I pound the route from Newcastle to South Shields.

Please do donate to help find a cure, but also to support those people currently living with MND.

Training and performance updates can be provided :-) I understand there is an app for the day so you can track me LIVE and make sure I haven't wandered off part way to the pub/nearest hospital/public loo*

The training is going well, I've met some fabulous people in the training groups I have joined, I've done the Blaydon Race as part of my preparation and I am hoping for a great day!
