Story

Dearest Friends and Family,

As you all know, I love my dancing. I’m constantly watching different dance videos online, I’m not sure there are many musicals I have not been to and I was lucky enough to see The Strictly Come Dancing Live Tour earlier this year. Since I was a little girl, I dreamed that would be me, dancing in front of an audience but my life took a different path.

I feel hugely honored to have been offered the opportunity to try Ballroom and Latin Dancing, in a Strictly Come Dancing format, in front of hundreds of people! This is definitely something I have always wanted to try and have never had the opportunity until now.

As well as excitement, I am feeling a certain amount of terror performing in front of so many people, especially dancing in a style that is alien to me. The best part of been offered this exciting opportunity is that it will be raising money for a Fantastic Charity ‘Teens Unite,’ for young people with cancer.

Please note that due to COVID we have had the event postponed until Saturday 26th March 2022, we cant wait until we finally get to dance!

Please can you can donate any spare money for this fantastic cause which helps supports teenagers and their families battling cancer. For any of you who would like to come and support me at the Event, it is being held at The Grosvenor Hotel in Mayfair and seats at tables will cost £175 per person with all the money going to The Charity.

I hope to see as many of you there is possible for what will be a fantastic evening.

Nikki xx

Teens Unite supports young people fighting cancer to live their best life, while others search for a cure. We inspire young people to recognise their potential now and in the future and empower them to live every moment to the full. When you're faced with cancer, plenty of people will tell you what you can't do, but we show these young people what they can do; not letting the 'c' word hold them back or define who they are.
