Firstly, thank you for taking the time to check out my page.

I just want to quickly tell you why I'm running for All Souls Serve The City.

All Souls Serve The City is an independent charity that believes in helping those who are unseen and overlooked in the city.

In a big shiny city like London, those who are celebrated and seen are those who make a lot of noise; those who have access to the right people and platform. However, if we pause and think, what about those who don't have such privileges?

Like the women who were sex trafficked and stuck in a vicious cycle because they don't have other choices. Like the ex-Army who lost their means of income because they can't serve anymore but don't have assistance to restart their lives mentally and physically. Like the senior citizens who are often overlooked and forgotten because of the ageist society, we are in.

Hence, I want to play my part in raising funds by running the London marathon this year. I want to help these people to be seen; to be heard; to be remembered. Albeit I can't run very well, I reckon to know that you donated and believed in me, I promise you I will not give up at the 22nd mile. I will plow on and finish at 26.2 miles.
