My challenge is to swim the same distance as the english channel in a swimming pool. Thats 22miles or 1416 lengths. I've got 10 weeks to do it.

This is all the help 'Aspire' a national charity providing practical help to people who have been paralysed by spinal cord injuries.

If i can raise £150 this will pay for an Independant Living Advisor to spend a day in a Spinal Injury Centre offering one on one advice and support to newly injured patients.
