Story
Success!! Half marathon run and legs, whilst still sore, are now usable once again! At about 10 miles through I developed a new-found respect for marathon runners - it really does feel like a long way when you haven't done any training.
The running may be over but the sponsorship is still flowing from you very very generous folk. As you may know I have chosen a ground roots organization called The Nginn Karet Foundation for Cambodia (www.nkfc.org). The amount raised already will make an enormous difference in Cambodia and every further donation will be a contribution to the same goal. So please keep up with your bountiful generosity!

The charity helps the most impoverished people of Cambodia who suffered the atrocities of the Khmer Rouge. The charity helps 15,000 people made up of over 3,000 families in 8 villages. Most of their work is with children.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me; the Nginn Karet Foundation for Cambodia will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
So please sponsor me now!
Many thanks for your support.
