Story
As some of you know my Dad died of pancreatic cancer 8 years ago. Macmillan Cancer Support provided my family and I amazing support at a very difficult time, so in memory of my Dad and to help raise money so others can benefit from same support my family received, I’m cycling the RideLondon100 on the 4 August.
For those of you who don’t know what it is, to quote the website:
“The RideLondon-Surrey 100 will start in the new Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, then follow a 100-mile route on closed roads through the capital and into Surrey’s stunning countryside. With leg-testing climbs and a route recently made famous by the world’s best cyclists, it will be a truly spectacular event for all involved.”
This website description however misses out that it’s also going to be extremely tough so it would be fantastic if you could spare some money for what I know to be an absolutely exceptional good cause.
Many thanks for your support
