Over Saturday 6th August and Sunday 7TH August, Hiking for little heroes will be holding a mega 24-hour walking challenge for everyone in the community to get involved in.

Story

NIE Networks is taking part in the Hiking for Little Heroes Challenge to raise money for Cancer Fund for Children.

This amazing charity continues to provide much needed support to one of our colleagues, Sara Watson and her husband David, as their son, Adam, continues to receive treatment for Leukaemia.

All money raised through this challenge will be going direct to this amazing local Children's Cancer Charity based at the foot of the Mourne Mountains in County Down.

Whatever amount you are able to give will be massively appreciated and will help support local families affected by cancer. The challenge is open to absolutely everyone. Each individual chooses their own challenge during this 24 hour period and can sign up as an individual or as part of a team. We simply want as many people to take part as possible, the more people taking part the more money well raise.
