The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. 

I was one of the lucky ones when I suffered a heart attack at the age of 38, multiple procedures and rehab followed over the following 18 months and the support provided by  the  BHF through rehab and counselling was a tremendous help. .
