I will be taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge in aid of the Luca Foundation. The challenge involves: hiking 24 miles (approximately 64,000 steps) and climbing three mountains (5200ft of climbing), in under twelve hours. Please help me to support the work that they do to support families going through the agony of still birth.

I became aware of the Luca Foundation a couple of years ago, and the work that they do to help families going through the agony of still birth. So far, they have helped over 3,000 families and I would like to raise funds for them, so that they can continue to support more families and provide equipment and support for the NHS. 

The Luca Foundation ensure every bereaved parent has extra time with their child to say their goodbyes over days rather than hours. This 'gift of time' can only be achieved with working cold cuddle cots. The Luca Foundation actively ensure that working cuddle cots are available across the UK, in maternity units, NICU wards and Paediatric wards. We do not pay salaries from our charity, therefore all funds raised go to the cause & this vital equipment. The government do not deem this as vital medical equipment but we do, therefore we are making this happen!
